Effective May 3, 2021, Michael Rabinovitch has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BurgerFi, Inc. (the “Company”) and will also assume the role of principal financial and accounting officer. Mr. Rabinovitch replaces Bryan McGuire, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who tendered his resignation effective May 3, 2021.
