Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 8, 2021, BurgerFi International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), received notice from Ross Goldstein that he was resigning (the “Resignation”) as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary to pursue another opportunity and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.  The Resignation will be effective September 30, 2021.
