Michael Epstein is an accomplished strategic leader and global operations professional with over 30 years of professional services (including over a decade at the Big Four), boutique consultancy and industry experience helping businesses navigate through periods of uncertainty and change.  Michael has served in C-suite roles such as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer as well as an Independent Director and financial advisor to companies from family businesses to global organizations.  His significant restructuring experience includes out of court resolutions as well as Chapter 11 reorganizations, including for restaurant clients such as Uno’s, Fuddruckers and more.

Mr. Gordon is the principal of DJG Services LLC, which provides advisory, management and fiduciary services with an emphasis on distress and restructuring situations. He has served in the capacity of Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Independent Director and as a consultant and advisor in many restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations. He also served in the past in counsel and executive positions in the restaurant industry, including with Burger King Corporation and Hardee’s Food Systems Inc.
